Finding solutions
Like many solutions, the inspiration for Mills Thomas was born out of necessity. Our sister company, Alderson Loop, specializes in consulting and project staffing; but when clients began requesting direct hires we knew we needed an answer - thus Mills Thomas was born. While we might deliver slightly different services, our values and driving purpose remains the same: provide a great human experience!
